22-year-old Catey Smith-Warner says she remembered the truck suddenly heading toward her but after that she blacked out. The young dance teacher was struck by a truck with Justin Hicken, 22, behind the wheel. Police say that he veered off the road and hit Catey. She wound up with broken facial bones, broken leg and shattered knee.
